The Donaldson 0-60 psi Filter Gauge is a compact, visual pressure gauge primarily used on Clean & Dry fuel filter/dryer systems and low-pressure hydraulic or diesel systems.It allows operators to monitor system restriction and ensure optimal fluid cleanliness.

Initial Readings:  When filters are fresh and clean, the restriction is low.

High Readings:  As the filter accumulates contaminants, resistance to flow increases, causing a spike in the psi reading.

Maintenance:  If the gauge approaches the higher end of the scale (or reaches the filter’s maximum recommended restriction limit), it indicates that the filter is clogged and requires replacement.
