Fill-Rite’s new pulser-ready Fill-Rite 902 Series Cabinet Meters are redesigned and greatly enhanced version of our already topnotch Fill-Rite 305 Series.

FEATURES:

• The 902’s cabinet is made of a more robust, 16-gauge metal, and powder coated to provide superior corrosion protection.
• We’ve redesigned the hood assembly to ensure easier installation and maintenance.
• Internal access is obtained by simply removing three screws and the reset knob.
• The tab in the meter lid has been removed to accommodate installation of the pulser head.
• There’s a three-quarter-inch elbow so that the pulser can be wired directly into the junction box, and a new opening in the lid to accommodate easy wiring.
• The external nozzle boot has been removed, and the nozzle is stored in the cabinet.
• The nozzle retainer now doubles as a switch lever, making it impossible for the unit to be ON when the nozzle is stowed.
• There’s also a more robust switch assembly.
• The linkage has fewer components, and the switch rod is thicker to prevent damage during operation.
• There are just three pipe joints to seal, and the inlet for all models is now on the bottom.
• There’s also a larger, easier-to-read faceplate making all the pertinent information visible from the front of the meter (UL and Non UL Versions available).

PRODUCT RANGE:

Fill-Rite’s FR902 model meter cabinets are constructed from heavy duty 15-guage steel and are powder coated to stand up to the harshest environments.  Hood removal is quick and simple; remove three screws and the reset knob and you have access.  The cabinet is pulser-ready and all external wiring connections are placed in easy access locations.

FR902DP

The Fill-Rite® FR902DP dispenser cabinet comes equipped with the market-leading digital meter – Fill-Rite’s 900DP. It includes an intrinsic safety barrier wired into the cabinet in a protective case for simple and fast installation. The 900DP delivers pulse output and is compatible with a wide variety of fuel management systems.

The FR902DP handles flow rates up to 40 GPM with an accuracy of (+/- 1.25%). It has a seven digit resettable and non-resettable totalizer and an integrated memory backup in case of power failure. You can’t go wrong with the rugged durability of a Fill-Rite cabinet dispenser.

FR910PM

The Fill-Rite® FR910PM includes the TS10A oval gear meter, with accuracy of +/-0.3% and flows between 8-40gpm. Married to the meter is the Mid:Com E:count electronic register. Both meter and register are NTEP certified. This combination provides Weights and Measures accuracy in a compact, cost-effective unit.

The TS10A is an aluminum meter that is the standard in the rotary positive displacement category. The technology is our patented “Wave Form” oval gear design. These meters have only two moving parts and no metal-to-metal contact in the chamber or bearings. This is an electronic gland-less meter which means less maintenance and fewer leak-points for trouble-free operation.

The Mid:Com e:Count register has a large, easy to read display with easy to follow legends for all operations. The e:Count register is field programmable for custom applications. It eliminates change gears, adjusters, linkages and other mechanical parts for reduced maintenance and ease of operation. It is simple to add a printer to the system when a printed receipt is needed.
