Depth Filtration

Filtration layer consists of crossing fine fibers by kind of froming rules, is good at removing small solid particles and some soft impurities.  It observably clarifies the liquid and is a kind of disposable filtration media.  The depth space has stronger dirty holding capacity. It applies to liquid filtration of normal and low viscosity at high filtration ratings.

Mesh Surface Filtration

Filter layer consists of smooth rigid mesh weaved by monofilament and the surface mesh is usually square hole type.  It is good to remove larger solid particles.  Particle larger than mesh size will be blocked and particles smaller than mesh size pass easily.  The mesh surface filtration has the screening function at set.  The filter cake on the mesh surface is easy to strip and clean and the mesh filter media can be reused for several times after cleaning.

FEATURES OF DIFFERENT BAG FILTER MEDIAS

PP Polypropylene / PE Polyester Needlefelt Filter Media 

PP/PE depth filtration media is suitable for the nominal precision filtration from 1μm to 200μm, removes tiny particles and clarify the liquid. It has high dirty loading capacity and is a kind of disposable filter media. The surface is processed by the most advanced calendering and singeing technical processing to prevent fibers from escaping.

PB Polypropylene Absolute Composite Filter Media

Depth filtration media is suitable for absolute filtration range of 1μm to 25μm. The filter layer is consist of multi-layer superfine melt-blown fibers and fine filtration membrane, which can remove very small particles and has efficiency up to 99%.

NM Nylon Monofilament Weave Filter Media

NM mesh surface filtration media is mainly used to remove larger solid particles with filtration range of 25μm to 1000μm. It can be cleaned and reused for several times. It is made of anti- tensile nylon monofilament. The intersections of latitude and longitude are thermoformed to fix the mesh size when filtering.

PS Melt-blown Polypropylene Oil Adsorption Filter Media

Both depth filtration media and adsorption filtration media. PB is suitable for oil adsorption and high efficiency filtration rating 10μm, 25μm and 50μm. The filter layer is consist of multi- layer superfine melt-blown fibers, which can remove very small particles.

EcoSEP Series Filter Bag

Economical Standard Filter Bag

EcoSEP Filter Bags are the most economic standard filter bags with simple bag structure. It applies to the removing particles of various sizes. PP, PE needle felt bags are suitable for nominal precision filtration, while NM nylon mesh bags are suitable for filtration at low ratings. EcoSEP has three sizes, filter area is 0.1m2, 0.25m2 and 0.5m2. It follows the international standard and is compatible to bag filter housings of current mainstream brands. Optional media code is PP, PE, NM.

HiSEP Series Filter Bag

New Generation High Flowrate Filter Bag

HiSEP high flowrate filter bag is a new generation of patented bag developed by PETRO. Its gabarite is same as the traditional size 2 bag. But it has doubled filter area, which delivers doubled flowrate and dirty holding capacity. HiSEP filter bag can not only reduce replacement frequency but also reduce machine halt, replacement costs and reduce liquid waste resulted in by bag replacement. With HiSEP filter bag, even a small filter has high flowrate, which reduces the investment costs observably. With the special bag positioner, one bag replacement is done in 20 seconds. This filter bag works with the specially designed HiSEP bag support basket of heavy duty. Optional filter media code is PP, PE, NM.

DuraSEP Series Filter Basket

Cleanable and Reusable Basket

DuraSEP series filter basket can be installed in BF bag filter. DuraSEP filter basket has multi-layer composite structure and is suitable for the filtration range of 30μm to 1000μm. It is long service life filtration element. Through advanced vacuum heat laminating technology, protection layer, filtration layer, distribution layer and reinforing layer are combined as one-piece laminate (different layers per different filtration degree). DuraSEP are durable, easy to wash and accurate.

AccuSEP Series Filter Bag

Absolute Efficiency Depth Filter Bag

AccuSEP Filter Bag is designed for absolute filtration and the filtration efficiency is up to 99%. The filtration performance can rival the same class expensive filter cartridge, and the flowrate of single Size 2 bag is 7-10 times higher than the 40-inch-length pleated cartridge. It is also very easy to install and replace. The optimized gradient filter layer of AccuSEP delivers pre-filtering function and higher dirty holding capacity and saves filter media consumption.  AccuSEP Filter Bag is made of 100% FDA grade polypropylene without any silicone oil, adhesives or other releasing composition which may pollute the liquid. The gradient filter layers includes melt-blown polypropylene pre-filtering layer, multi-layer composite polypropylene filtration membranes, the external protection layer.  AccuSEP is very good at filtering very small particles and even soft impurities such as colloforms and organics. The enough depth space can trap soft impurities in filtration fibers. On the contrary, soft impurities will paste onto the surface of conventional filter elements easily and reduce the filter element service life. And some impurities extrude through the filtration layer and cause filtration failure. The filter area of AccuSEP is 0.25 and 0.5m2 and optional filter media code is PB.

MorSEP Series Filter Bag

Trace Oil Adsorption Filter Bag

MorSEP is a special adsorption type filter bag, which is designed to adsorb trace oil from liquids. It is made of PS melt-blown polypropylene filter media with internal and external protection layer. The filter media is made of superfine fibers, which form depth adsorption space. MorSEP can adsorb oil 23 times more weight than its own weight. OilSEP’s excellent depth space also delivers better precision filtration performance than EcoSEP. Filter area is 0.25 m2 and 0.5 m2. Optional filter media is PS.
