GAUGE OLE Z5020 comes with Probe for tanks up to 3m in height.  Typical Applications include: Petrol, Diesel and Kerosene (Hazardous Liquids).

Software settable (free download www)

  • Software allows Calibration of any shape or size of tank plus manual table entry. User programmable 4 Alarm set Points.

Alarms Outputs

  • There are 4 Software settable Level outputs M,1,2 & 3. High Alarm is connected to Master “M”.
  • These outputs provide 24v DC when switched.
  • Optional Plug on Relays make these Volt Free connections.
  • Additional flashing lights or control functions are optional, as are Bund and Water bottom alarms on the T5020-1A-ATEX.

Inputs / Outputs

  • Power Supply 24vdc and 100/240 vac (if ac supply, see installation notes)
  • Input: 1 x 4-20 mA (either new or existing certified measuring sensor)
  • Output: Modbus RS485 and 1 x 4-20 mA corrected output. (Suitable for most Building Management Systems BMS).

Environment: Hazardous

  • Display is IP 65 weatherproof, for Zone 2 / safe area.
  • Intrinsically safe sensors for Zone 0/1 installation are provided, and connected to the display via barriers.
  • Display enclosures are RoHS & CE compliant.

Applications

  • For Petrol and Kerosene or other flammable liquids in vented tanks.
  • Any tank shape can be programmed in this system.
  • Safe area or EexiaIIc, Atex Zone 0/1 can be accommodated. (Display must be in safe area).

Sensor Options.  Must be Intrinsically Safe

  • Any ATEX certified intrinsically safe or 4-20 milliamp device can be used to measure the product.
  • As standard OLE utilise submersible Hydrostatic pressure transmitters. Options of Ultrasonic, Radar, and Mag sensors are available.
  • DP sensors are offered for pressurised tanks, and for cryogenic applications.

Communications

  • The T5020 provides an RS485 Modbus RTU connection into any suitable reader, or can be made into a remote gauge by the addition of an OLE T3100 GPRS web logger and e-mailer, or lower cost 420-WWW.

Standard Accessories

  • There are standard tank connections supplied with each Gauge. This varies depending upon application.
  • Suitable termination in an IP65 ATEX Junction Box is provided.

Installation

  • With simplicity in mind, the Z 5020 system can be installed in less than 1 hour.
-  Sensor into tank.
-  Cable gland clamped.
-  Wired to display or junction box (ATEX).
-  Plug in lap top to configure.
-  Test Alarm and scroll screen.
  • Option to have OLE set the gauge prior to shipment.
  • Option, Extra cable (Blue) between junction box and Gauge ( max 100m).
